As a delivery address, you can therefore specify any address where someone will be more likely to be at home at the time of delivery and will pick up the product. In case you are not present at the arrival of the postman (usually in the morning), you can pick up the shipment at the nearest post office. If you do not pick up the shipment at the post office within the said deadline, Pošta Slovenije will send the product back to the provider. Upon resending, the customer will be charged for all costs of sending and processing the order (repackaging, re-posting, recording in the programs of submitted shipments). If you do not pick up the package at the post office, this is not justified as a withdrawal from the order and a refund request. In this case, you pay the costs of sending and processing orders, and after receiving these costs, the provider will send you the product again.
